Yes — for your first clean, we do ask that you’re home, and it really matters to us. Your first visit is our chance to meet you in person, walk through your home together, understand your priorities, and make sure we’re all on the same page before we get started. At the end of the clean, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything looks exactly right. After that first visit, you absolutely don’t need to be home — most of our customers give us a key or door code and we take it from there.
