Starting at $239 — that's 4 hours at $60/hr. Need more time? Add additional hours right at booking. When we reach out after you book, we'll help you figure out exactly what your home needs.

After you book, we personally reach out to walk through your home together — room by room if needed. We learn what's most important to you and give you a realistic time and cost estimate before we ever show up.
Not every home needs the same thing. We use that pre-visit conversation to prioritize the areas that matter most to you — not just run a generic checklist from top to bottom.
Before we leave, we walk through the home with you to make sure everything hit the mark. If something isn't right, we fix it before we go. That's the guarantee.
Sometimes a home needs more time than expected. That's why that pre-visit call matters so much — it's our chance to give you a real estimate, not a guess.
If we get there and the scope is bigger than planned, we'll let you know right away. You can choose to extend the visit, or we come back on a second day and pick up exactly where we left off. Either way, the job gets done right.
